How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Missing or Lost Packages

While we are not liable for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier, your satisfaction is our priority. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If it is still missing after 48 hours of the "delivered" status, please email us at support@trueboost.co.
